Cookie Policy
Last Updated: October 14, 2026
This policy explains how the Rezidence Sokolská website uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can manage them. The processing of personal data is described in detail on the Terms & Privacy page.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to work correctly, remember your choice and, with your consent, help us understand how visitors use the website and target marketing more effectively.
2. Cookie categories
- Necessary cookies – keep the website working and secure and remember your cookie choice (cookie rs_consent, 6 months). They are always active and cannot be switched off. Logged-in site administrators additionally use the administration login cookies.
- Analytics cookies – measure traffic and how the website is used (region, browser, visit length, pages viewed) with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (cookies _ga, ga*, up to 2 years). They load only after you consent.
- Marketing cookies – measure and target advertising on social networks with the Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram; cookies _fbp, _fbc, up to 3 months). They load only after you consent.
Until you consent, the website loads no analytics or marketing scripts. Google services are told through Consent Mode that consent has not been given.
3. Legal basis
We process necessary cookies on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a functional and secure website. We use analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Managing cookies
On your first visit the banner lets you accept all cookies, reject them, or allow only some categories in the settings. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings (also linked in the footer). When we add a new analytics or marketing service, we ask you again. Withdrawing consent deletes the cookies of the services concerned. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings; blocking necessary cookies may limit some features of the website.
5. Retention
Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for the period stated for each category above, or until you delete them.
6. Contact
For questions about cookies or the processing of personal data, please contact us using the details on the Terms & Privacy page.[
